The Navarasas form the basis of Rasa-abhinaya in Indian classical dances.
They are used to convey various emotions through a variety of facial expressions and hand gestures. The nine emotions are The Rasas included in the composition are Shringara, Raudra, Karuna, Hasya, Bibhatsa, Bhayanaka, Veera, Adbutha and Shantha.
The entire program is subdivided into thirty videos spread across nine sections. Each part is individually introduced, beginning with detailed explanations by the Guru. Every rasa, its significance, and inherent meaning is carefully showcased.
