About the Raganubhava (Jugalbandi)
Raganubhava is jugalbandi of two mighty strands of Indian classical music, Carnatic and Hindustani. Rendered by renowned artiste’s Jayadevan on the Violin, Debajit Chakrabarty on the Sitar, Neyveli Venkitesh on the Mridangam and Subhajyoti Guha on the Tabala. In music, jugalbandi’s are duet which is either vocal or instrumental. Literally the word means ‘entwined twins”.
